Our approach to neighborhood revitalization relies upon our ability to understand the needs of a community and subsequently offer community members a clear, graphic documentation of these needs. If applicable, our firm organizes and facilitates public design charettes to engage community members and set the tone of community participation. We collect, refine, and publish the products of such charettes into a realistic planning proposal. This proposal typically phases the implementation of community solutions into short-, medium-, and long-term action items. Establishing appropriate partnerships with the goal of transforming communities is our highest priority.
